Send the prenatal notes, ultrasound reports and any high-risk factors. An obstetrician reviews the case and replies with a recommended pathway: prenatal only, delivery only, full pregnancy pathway, or postpartum confinement.
A live video call with an obstetrician and an English-speaking coordinator — useful for complex cases, second opinions and family decision-making.
Written reviews are typically returned within 3–5 working days. Video consultations are scheduled within one week of receiving complete documents.
The initial case review is free. If a detailed specialist report or video consultation is needed, we confirm any cost with you in advance — and it is deducted from your program fee if you proceed.
