• Full-refund guarantee: pre-vaccination medical assessment is included. If the on-site doctor assesses the patient as unsuitable on the day of vaccination, the package fee is fully refunded.
• Annual schedule — not 365 days: WHO updates the recommended strains every year, so a new-season vaccine should be given as soon as it becomes available, regardless of how recent the previous dose was.
• Best timing: aim for September–November in the Northern Hemisphere to cover the full flu season.
• Priority groups (China CDC recommendation): pregnant women or women preparing for pregnancy, healthcare workers, adults 60+, chronic disease patients, children 6–59 months, and family/caregivers of infants <6 months.
• Contraindications: allergy to any component of Sanofi Vaxigrip®, including any excipient, residual neomycin, formaldehyde or Triton X-100, or a history of severe allergic reaction to any past flu vaccine.
• Special populations: patients with acute illness, severe chronic disease or chronic-disease acute flare, or fever, should defer until recovery / stabilization. Discuss with your physician if you had Guillain-Barré syndrome within 6 weeks of a prior flu vaccine. Pregnant or breastfeeding patients should consult their doctor first.
• Combination rules: HPV-9 and flu vaccine cannot be given on the same day — wait at least 7 days between them. Flu vaccine can be given together with EV71, pneumococcal, varicella, MMR, and DTaP vaccines in different arms on the same day, subject to on-site clinical evaluation.
