American-Sino Healthcare Group (Am-Sino) is one of Shanghai's longest-established private healthcare organizations. Founded in 2003, the group runs one full-service women's & children's hospital in Xuhui plus three outpatient clinics (Changning, Pudong, Putuo). Their Changning clinic was the first OB-GYN and pediatric medical institution in Asia to receive DNV accreditation. The hospital has 120 beds and operates a Primary Physician Care System in which each mother is paired with a named OB and a named pediatrician from booking through delivery and the newborn period.
